Xavier Mangino Dueñas
Mr. Mangino is a founding partner of MIA and head of the firm’s Corporate practice. His work spans a broad range of areas, including corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, structured financings, corporate governance, and family offices.
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Mangino has advised financial institutions such as domestic and international banks, investment advisers, broker-dealers, and multiple-purpose financial institutions. He also actively advises entrepreneurs and publicly traded companies.
For more than 15 years, Mr. Mangino has served on the boards of directors of various Mexican and international public and private companies.
Before founding MIA, he was an equity partner at U.S. law firms with operations in Mexico and a founding partner of Díaz de Rivera y Mangino, S.C.
