José G. Mangino Mercadillo  

José Gabriel is an associate in MIA’s Corporate practice, where he specializes in securities offerings on the Mexican Stock Exchange, as well as in the management of assets and corporate structures for various family offices, and in infrastructure projects.

Before joining MIA, José practiced at leading national and international law firms with presence in Mexico. His experience includes corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions, with particular focus on highly regulated industries such as automotive, food & beverages, and construction.
