María Guadalupe Aire is a partner in MIA’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. She actively advises on legal consulting, corporate matters, and government affairs, with particular focus on public procurement. Her practice centers on resolving disputes for domestic and international clients in civil, family, commercial, administrative, corporate, bankruptcy, and arbitration matters, as well as advising and managing regulatory processes before various authorities for highly regulated industries such as food & beverages, construction, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure.

María’s career highlights include her work in both the public and private sectors, serving in advisory and contentious legal roles at the Ministry of Tourism, the Mexico Tourism Board, and the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), where she headed the Legal Services Department in the State of Mexico Delegation. She has also acted as legal consultant to national and multinational companies and as an external advisor to various law firms.

Ms. Aire contributes not only deep legal knowledge and broad experience but is also recognized for her ability to deliver solutions firmly grounded in the rule of law. Prior to joining MIA, she was a founding partner of SR&DA Abogados, S.C.
